Who: Individuals interested in self-improvement and hard work (ages 16-60)
What: An hour and a half of a combat martial arts system. Involves pain compliance techniques, break falling, rolls, throwing and being thrown, responding to attacks.
When: Mondays and Tuesdays 7-8:30pm
Where: Midwest Martial Arts Center/Juko Ryu Toide + Juko Kai Bujutsu Martial Arts Center
