Start your New Year with clarity and intention. In this workshop, you’ll learn to craft meaningful goals for 2025 that are measurable, actionable, and aligned with your true aspirations. Through guided writing exercises, we’ll identify obstacles and create a practical plan for success. The second half of the class offers a transformative experience: a 20-minute drumming meditation designed to entrain your brainwaves into alpha and theta states, helping you visualize and connect intuitively with your goal. Relax, reflect, and leave feeling empowered to take your first steps toward the year ahead.
