In a world that often pulls us in a thousand directions, this event invites you to pause and reconnect with your breath, your body, your joy, and your community. We envisioned this gathering as a place where people of all ages can feel welcomed, supported, and inspired as they step into a fresh new year.

You’ll experience 5 local wellness practitioners, each sharing a unique, interactive experience designed to help you explore different dimensions of wellness. From movement and mindful presence to creativity, rhythm, breath, and deep rest, each offering is shared to help you reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.

This is a free community event, open to everyone of all ages. Whether you’re seeking inspiration, connection, healing, or just a beautiful way to start the year, you’ll find something here for you.
