5:30 PM – 6:00 PM | New Year, New Connections: Start the evening by networking with fellow attendees. As you connect, share one professional resolution or goal you’ve set for the new year with each person you meet.

6:00 PM – 6:30 PM | Resolution Inspiration: Enjoy networking over drinks with the option to participate in "Tap Talk"—a fun opportunity for anyone to share a quick story about a career milestone, a piece of advice that shaped their journey, or a new year’s goal they’re excited to pursue.

6:30 PM – 7:00 PM | Meet Someone New: Seek out two new people you haven’t yet connected with and grow your network.

7:00 PM – 7:30 PM | Open Networking: Now, it’s time for unstructured networking. Move freely, follow up with those you’ve met, and continue to build on the connections that will help you achieve your 2025 goals.
