New Year, New Moon Sound Bath

Enjoy a soothing Sound Bath to help you reconnect with yourself, ground into your body, uplift your spirit and encourage healing on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.

We will be taking time to honor the return of the Sun, the start of a New Year, and setting intentions for the year ahead!

Wear warm, comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat. You can also bring a blanket, pillow, or anything that will help you feel comfortable.

We will be in Event Hall B at the Parker Library, doors open at 5:15 and we start right at 5:30, so make sure to arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
