By attending Final Destination: New Year, New Fear (“the Event”), hosted by Night Frights, all participants, attendees, vendors, staff, filmmakers, and volunteers (“Attendees”) acknowledge and agree to the following:

ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
Attendees understand that participation in public events involves inherent risks of injury, illness, property damage, or other harm — including but not limited to lighting effects, fog, props, sound, crowd movement, and the inevitable presence of Death.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY:
By entering the Event premises, Attendees voluntarily assume all risks and waive all claims against Night Frights, its affiliates, sponsors, staff, vendors, partners, and venue (including Celis Brewery) for any injury, illness (including but not limited to COVID-19), loss, or damage arising in connection with attending the Event.

RELEASE:
Attendees hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Event organizers from any liability, claims, or demands due to negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

MEDICAL TREATMENT:
In the event of injury or medical emergency, Attendees consent to medical treatment deemed necessary, understanding that organizers assume no responsibility for any resulting costs or outcomes.

NOTICE:
Participation is entirely voluntary. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enter the Event area — and remember: Death doesn’t like to be cheated twice.
