We are turning down the noise and turning up the vibes with a silent disco glow party.
You will get your own wireless headphones at the door so you can choose your channel, set your volume, and drop into your own world while still moving with the room.
Expect:
* 3 curated channels designed for dancing, flowing, or simply swaying in place
* Glow sticks and blacklight ambience to keep the energy fun and playful
* A sober, judgment-free space where you can move how you want and reset your nervous system
This is not a yoga class. It is a guided, music-driven movement party with moments of grounding and breath to bring you back into your body.
