Join us for a transformative and soul-nourishing New Year Intention Setting Ceremony and Sound Bath as we say goodbye to the past year and welcome the new year with an open heart and clear intentions.
A guided meditation will encourage and guide you in reflecting on the lessons and growth of this past year
Each person is invited to write down any lingering thoughts, emotions, or experiences from the past year.
Then the focus will shift to our intention setting.
Whether it's personal growth, wellness, relationships, or professional aspirations, this sacred space will empower you to set clear and meaningful intentions that resonate with your true authentic self.
This special day is designed to help you kickstart the year ahead with purpose, clarity, and a deep sense of inner peace.
We will then take an inner journey while being bathed in frequencies from crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, drums and other beautiful instruments, allowing the harmonious vibrations to melt away tension, inviting a deep state of relaxation and receptivity.
