Held at the beautiful studio Fresh in Ely, this half-day retreat will offer you the time and space to deepen your practice a little, set intention for the year ahead, rest & restore energy after the busy festival season.
Join Ling Ling and Fion for this half-day retreat on Sunday, 11th January 2026.
The time we share will include:
A balance of asana practice with intention setting, breathwork, and a slow, mindful practice to surrender and find inner stillness, and preparing the body for the magical Yoga Nidra experience to come. A delicious light vegan lunch will be served at Prosper Vegan Cafe. We hope this retreat will send you away feeling refreshed, nourished, a little more centred, grounded, and restored.
This retreat is for all levels of experience; everyone is welcome. Spaces are limited. We will allocate places on a first-come, first-served basis.
