New Year Grief Sound Bath

What to expect:

As we move transition into the new year, grief and other complex emotions can come up for us. This offering provides a collective healing space designed to help us connect with our grief, share our experiences with others, and release energy with intention. Join us for a supportive group discussion and a reiki-infused sound bath.

What to bring:

• comfortable clothes
• yoga mat or blanket (optional, limited supply of yoga mats will be provided)
• masks are highly encouraged to keep community safe

Donations:

This is a free / donation-based event and no one will be turned away due to lack of funds. Donations can be sent to @steph-ibarra on Venmo or offered in person during event.
