Begin with Roasted Heirloom Tomato Soup, silky and bright, finished with a crisp parmesan wafer for the perfect savory crunch.
For the main course, enjoy a classic Surf & Turf featuring a tender Prime Beef Filet Mignon with rich port wine bordelaise, paired with a buttery Lobster Tail topped with béarnaise, served alongside grilled asparagus and creamy Yukon potatoes.
End the night on a sweet note with Tahitian Vanilla Crème Brûlée, caramelized to perfection and topped with fresh berries.

As the evening builds, celebrate with DJ Jarline spinning from 10:00 PM to midnight, setting the soundtrack for the countdown. The special dinner menu is available until 11:00 PM, and the bar remains open until 2:00 AM, so the celebration can continue well into the New Year.
