Step into 2025 fresh and renewed through the alchemy of sacred sound, breath and visualization.
Starting with guided meditation, journaling and light somatic movement to prepare for two parts of active sound journey. First part includes the use of breath to let go and release what no longer serves, supported by the powerful and transformational sound of gong. Second part would be supported by gentle soothing sounds such as Himalayan singing bowls to enhance your imagination and feelings to create what you would like and who you envision yourself to be. Close with an optional sharing circle.
