It's BACK — 2026 BOOTCAMP!! Calling all who want to kick start their new year fitness resolutions right!! WITH OPTIONS — Commit to 5 sessions Wednesday Evenings @ 6-7 PM ~ OR ~ Saturday Mornings @ 9:30-10:30 AM OR DO BOTH!! Saturday Sessions you'll join Laina for a 1 Hour Bootcamp / Stretch combo workout. She'll start you with 40 minutes of butt-kicking bootcamp and you'll end with 15 / 20 minutes of foam rolling and then stretch it all out!! Join Heidi Wednesday evenings for a full 1 hour bootcamp kick of Cardio & Strength moves + a quick stretch at the end.Get the $135 Early Bird Special and Reserve your spot by December 20, 2025. Beginner – Advanced welcome: modifications will be given for differing abilities. Limited Enrollment.

Each bootcamp is $150
