New Wave Your Behaviour (NWYB) is an energetic one-man show blending original pop music and storytelling to explore grief and mental health from an unmistakably Gen X perspective. Written and performed by seasoned Hamilton storyteller and musician Tor Lukasik-Foss, with direction and dramaturgy by Marilo Nuñez, NWYB offers an extremely accessible means to face the otherwise daunting topics of mental health, grief, and mortality.
