Our 4 month Basic Skills Boot Camp is a comprehensive roller derby training course. It is focused on developing skaters to their full potential; regardless of prior skill or experience. Our organization prides itself on providing participants the best possible opportunity to flourish in a safe and positive environment.
- No prior experience is necessary to participate! During boot camp we'll teach proper skating form, agility, game play, strategy and everything in between that will allow you to become a successful and safe skater.
- The boot camp is run by our most experienced coaching and training staff, accompanied by help from the current LRD experienced skaters.
- Flexible attendance option! Although will see more noticeable progress when you attend each session, we understand life happens. That is A-OK - attend when you can.

- Athletic Apparel (fitted clothes you can sweat in)

- A mouth guard (SISU recommended brand can be purchased at the venue)
- Roller Derby gear (Gear can be purchased ahead of time for best fit, however we do have loaner gear & skates available to you at NO COST)
