Join us as we celebrate the Grand Opening of the new Recreation & Aquatics Center! The celebration begins with opening ceremonies at 10:00 AM, followed by a community open house until 2:00 PM.Be among the first to explore the new facility with guided tours, meet the staff who bring this building to life, and learn more about the activities and opportunities the center will offer. Throughout the event, guests will also have chances to win prizes and experience everything the new space has to offer.

Event Parking:
Parking at the new Recreation & Aquatics Center is limited for the Grand Opening event, so guests are encouraged to carpool whenever possible.
Additional off-site parking will be available at the current Recreation Center (1180 Rufus Allen Blvd) and at Lakeview Commons.
A parking shuttle will operate from 9:15 to 9:50 am to bring guests from the off-site parking locations to the Recreation & Aquatics Center in time for the 10:00 am opening ceremonies. Shuttle service will also run after the ceremony to return guests to their vehicles.
Please plan ahead and allow a little extra time for parking and transportation so you don’t miss the start of the celebration.
