Are you supporting a loved one living with a mental health condition? You are not alone. 💙
NAMI Family Support Group is a free, confidential, peer-led support group for family members, caregivers, and loved ones of individuals living with mental illness. Led by trained facilitators who have personal experience, this group offers a safe space to share your experiences, gain insight, and find support from others who truly understand.
Whether you’re just starting to seek help or have been navigating this journey for years, you are welcome here.
🗓️ When: 2nd Monday of the month, 6:00pm to 7:30pm
