New Parents Meet Up.For parents/ carers with babies aged 0-12 month old

⭐Are you a parent/ carer of a baby aged 0-12 months?
⭐Would you like to meet and connect with others from your local area, while also learning about self-care techniques and eating cake?
We will also have staff from the NHS Mid Essex Talking Therapies joining us, to talk about self-care and the support available to anyone finding things challenging in the perinatal period.
Everybody welcome. Free session and no booking needed- just pop along!
Additional information
⭐ We will have cake/ refreshments
⭐ We do NOT have an on-site car park. There is parking available in some surrounding residential streets- such as on Kings Road (by the Co-Op/ parade of shops)
⭐ We have a buggy park at both the front and side of the Family Hub and ask that buggies be left under these shelters
⭐ Staff available if you have any questions about baby / want to weigh them while visiting the Family Hub
⭐ There will be mats and toys out to keep little ones entertained while you find out some information about local support/ learn about self care / eat cake
