a small, baby-led group for new parents who feel anxious, isolated, or overwhelmed—and who are craving deep, genuine connection. Each session we slow things down: a gentle check-in, a short teaching on nervous-system basics (think co-regulation, cues, and settling), and simple practices you can use the same day. You’ll learn how responsive caregiving, touch, rhythm, and predictable routines wire your baby’s stress system for safety and resilience, while also caring for your own.What you’ll experience:
Real connection: honest, judgement-free conversations with parents who “get it.”
Self-care that fits: 2–3 minute reset tools (breath, grounding, micro-breaks, compassionate self-talk).
Nervous-system know-how: read cues, soothe effectively, and use everyday moments to support secure attachment.
Baby-friendly space: feed, change, rock, pace—follow your baby’s lead.
Who it’s for:
Parents and babies in the early months (roughly 0–6 months). Solo parents, partners, adoptive and LGBTQ+ families warmly welcome.
