IT'S THAT TIME AGAIN!!!
We are doing our annual New Orleans Day again on July 25th!!
We smoke whole Alligators and make Alligator Baja Tacos! Seasoned Alligator Tail meat is added to a flour shell, then topped with cabbage, pickled onion, avacado, cotija cheese, cilantro, & our homemade Baja Sauce 😋
We will also have Louisiana-style Rice & Beans with Andouille Sausage shipped right from where its made in New Orleans! The sauce that the beans are served with has so much flavor!
Plus a Crawfish Boil! Crawfish, potatoes, & corn are cooked in a delicious bath of herbs, spices, & citrus and sold by the pound.
For dessert we will be making Beignets to order! They are the the ultimate New Orleans dessert and come with chocolate dipping sauce. We get requests for these ALL THE TIME, but we only do them on New Orleans Day!
