Confused by baby sleep? You’re not alone — and Abby is here to help! Join this free, one-hour, very basic infant sleep introduction designed specifically for our new mothers. This session is educational, realistic, and encouraging — not rigid or overwhelming. Abby believes every baby can sleep well, and that sleep is a learned skill (just like everything else we teach our babies!).
What to Expect:
A gentle introduction to infant sleep foundations
Age-appropriate guidance (based on your baby’s age!)
Science-backed, flexible approaches — no “one-size-fits-all” rules
Plenty of time for questions + real-life scenarios
Learn about Abby’s guides, packages, and ongoing support options

11:30 AM–12:30 PM – Sleep session + Q&A with Abby
After 12:30 PM – Hang out, connect, and chat with other parents
