Imagine lying down in total comfort, wrapped in warmth, as you are guided into a state of "wakeful sleep" (Yoga Nidra). As your body rests deeply, the room will fill with the ethereal, vibrating tones of healing instruments. This sound bath experience washes over you, clearing away mental noise and leaving you feeling steady, clear-headed, and profoundly restored.
Instead of just thinking about your goals, you will feel them take root in a place of enduring security and comfort. Through the resonance of sound, a space is facilitated to align your personal needs with intuitive growth.
What is this practice like?
Yoga Nidra means a Yogic sleep in Sanskrit.It is a form of guided relaxation that can help you let go of physical and mental tension. It is a systematic method of guiding our awareness from the external to the internal. Meditation requires some effort however in this practice you don't need to make any effort.
Sounds good to you, doesn't it? During the practice you'll be invited to lie down on your back and totally relaxed. Unlike a regular yoga class, there is no movement once it starts. You'll be constantly encouraged to relax your body and mind deeply. Throughout the session, you'll be guided simply NOT to fall asleep. Just listen and follow the instructions without needing to do anything special but relaxed. Yoga Nidra is a gentle practice that is accessible and suitable for all levels.

- Blanket (the room can get chilly with AC)

- Any items that help you feel comfortable and relaxed
