New Moon Yoga Nidra and Reiki

Join us during for a magical night of Yoga Nidra and Reiki, where relaxation and deep healing happen under the powerful new moon. There will be a short yoga asana flow to prepare the body, then the practice of Yoga Nidra will be done (laying down) in savasana. Yoga Nidra uses ancient practices to bring a sense of balance, wholeness and connection to yourself. Reiki energy healing makes the practice even more powerful, bringing inner calmness. This in-person event will take place at Yogalution Movement & Wellness on 244 Redondo Avenue in beautiful Long Beach, CA, USA. There is a free parking lot attached to studio, or you can park on the street. Enter through glass door on Redondo.
