Join us at Moon Healing Center as we gather under the energy of the New Moon for a deeply restorative and soul-nourishing evening of yoga, guided meditation, and ritual intention setting.
We’ll begin with gentle New Moon teachings, then ease into a rejuvenating Hatha yoga sequence designed to support the quieter energy of this moon phase. The postures will focus on forward folds and grounding shapes, inviting you to slow down, soften, and turn inward — mirroring the moon’s own retreat into stillness.
After movement, you’ll be guided through a meditative journey to plant powerful intentions aligned with what your heart is ready to call in. The New Moon is a potent time for fresh beginnings, a sacred pause to realign with your inner truth and set meaningful intentions from a grounded place.
We’ll close our time together in circle, with the opportunity to burn your written intentions, sending them off into the universe in a beautiful act of release and energetic co-creation. This ritual can be deeply empowering — a way of anchoring your desires with clarity and devotion.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in so we can begin on time.
