Now’s the time to let go of anything you no longer need and mindfully prepare the soil to plant new seeds. Connect with what you truly desire and discover what seeds you’re ready to sow. This circle is here to help you set those intentions for your new journey in 2025, nurturing them for the year ahead.
We’ll start by creating a cozy, sacred space with the heart-opening medicine of cacao.
Then, we’ll gently move our bodies through Mind Flow Yoga, tuning into each sensation. Through somatic healing movements, we’ll also release any emotions we’ve been holding onto that no longer serve us.
With this foundation, we’ll dive into a guided meditation, connecting deeply with our true intentions—not just surface-level wishes, but those quieter, deeper desires that might go unnoticed in everyday life.
Then, we’ll bring those intentions to life with some journaling, capturing whatever comes up.
If time allows, we’ll have an open sharing space where you’re welcome to express anything you felt, or just listen. This is a safe, comfortable space where you always have the choice to share or simply be present, whatever feels right for you.
