Aligned with the Spring Equinox and the increasing light of the season, this gathering invites you into renewal, expansion, and embodied expression of your authentic path. Together, we will release what no longer serves through gentle “energetic spring cleaning,” creating space to call in what is truly aligned.

Through a thoughtfully curated experience—including a Moroccan Mama healing tea ceremony, somatic and intuitive movement, breathwork, reiki energy healing, and a closing sound bath—you’ll be guided into deeper connection with your body, your intentions, and the natural rhythms of the Earth.

This circle also includes space for optional sharing, journaling, and quiet reflection to support integration and grounding.

Perfect for those seeking healing, connection, emotional release, and spiritual growth in a supportive, heart-centered community.

Please bring a journal and pen, a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing.

About your Facilitator- Lotem Porat

Lotem Porat is an integrative holistic healing practitioner and a yogini and meditator at heart. Her intuitively guided and heart-led sessions are catered to each person’s and group’s needs and infuse ancient modalities in her sessions such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and Reiki energy work which she has trained and facilitated for over a decade. She loves to blend both the practical and the mystical in her group and private sessions and is known for her loving meditation voice, soulful presence and the depth experience she facilitates. She especially is passionate about supporting women in stepping into their intuition, power, authenticity and embodiment and share their light with the world. Her favorite part of facilitating is that moment where everyone’s bodies and breaths synchronize and the whole room drops down from head to heart.

Sound Bird Center is an immersive environment where you are invited to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself. The space is designed to support deeper receptivity, allowing the practices, energy work, and sound to be felt more profoundly throughout the body.

Free street parking is available in evenings. Guests can find parking along the main street, as well as on nearby residential streets such as Kenyon and Chase.

For added convenience, there is also a parking lot located behind Menotti's Coffee Stop on the corner.

We recommend arriving a few minutes early to allow time for parking and settling into the space.
