• Doors open at 6:00. Please arrive before 6:30 to visit with friends (some old, some new) and get settled. The program will begin promptly at 6:30.
• Feel free to stay afterwards for herbal tea and great conversation.

WEAR: Dress in layers and wear loose, comfortable clothing. As a courtesy to others, please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, scented body lotion, or other body fragrances.

BRING:

• A yoga mat or pad, blankets, pillows or cushion, and eye pillow or eye mask, as you will be sitting and lying on the floor. (Chairs are also available for sitting if you are unable to sit and lie on the floor.)
• Mugs will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own personal cup or mug if you wish.
