🌙Yoga nidra means “yogic sleep” and is a beginner friendly form of meditation that involves lying down while I guide you into a “Goldilocks zone” of relaxation, also known as the theta brainwave state.
Yoga nidra improves sleep quality, regulates the nervous system, lowers heart rate,strengthens intuition and creates a greater sense of peace and calm.
💫Yoga nidra will be complimented by a sound bath at the end of the meditation
