Join us in a cozy, light-filled sanctuary for a New Moon + Spring Equinox gathering centered on rest, renewal, and meaningful community connection. This intimate 2-hour journey weaves Restorative Lullaby Yoga, Devotional Song, Sound Healing, Ceremonial Cacao, and Ajna Light Frequency Therapy, gently bringing the nervous system back into harmony.

You’ll settle into fully supported restorative postures while live music, immersive soundscapes & intentional light therapy create a spacious atmosphere for grounding, reflection, and soft inward exploration. Whether you’re feeling overstimulated, fatigued, or simply ready to step into the new season with clarity, this experience offers a supportive space to unwind and recalibrate together.

Johanna Beekman, Dru Ali & Evelyn of Sacred Liiight come together to offer this heart-centered exploration. As each moves through their own Spring tour schedule, their paths converge at select destinations, co-creating sacred spaces that unite devotional music with deeply restorative modalities, including immersive experiences with Ajna Light Therapy.

What Is Ajna Light Frequency Therapy?

The Ajna Light is an innovative light therapy developed by Guy Harriman, using pulsed LED lights within a Tesla Plate field to gently guide the brain into deep meditative states—bridging science, frequencies and the nature of awareness. Important Note: This experience is not recommended for individuals with epilepsy due to flickering light. If you are taking prescription antipsychotic Medic*tion, effects may vary—please use discretion or consult your provider.

Ajna Light Frequency Therapy is a guided experience using specialized technology to explore brainwave states. Developed by Guy Harriman, the Ajna Light uses pulsed LED light within a Tesla Plate field and is offered as a contemplative tool that may support meditative awareness, inward focus, and visual exploration. With approximately 1,000 Ajna Light devices worldwide, sessions are typically shared in guided group settings, offering a rare and intentionally held experience.

Engagement with the light is optional, and participants are always welcome to use an eye mask instead, rest or opt out at any time. Many people describe the experience as calming, centering, or quietly immersive.

Important Note: Ajna Light Therapy is not recommended for individuals with epilepsy or those taking prescription antipsychotic medications.

Johanna Beekman is an internationally acclaimed singer/songwriter, chant/kirtan artist, yoga teacher, vocal teacher, recording artist, and event producer.

Johanna is loved for her rich, soulful voice, her radiant spirit, and her inspiring songs and chants that tap deeply into our collective soul.
