JOIN US FOR THIS MAGICAL NEW MOON SOUND JOURNEY AND CEREMONIAL CACAOWe invite you to the beautiful New Moon Sound Bath, to really hold the space for you to be able to take some time for yourself to relax and destress in the time of the year that might get a little bit too much, a bit too hectic.
We start off with Ceremonial Cacao to open our hearts to the energy of the New Moon.
Come, lie down on your yoga-mat and relax. Then we will guide you through some simple breathing exercises into a meditative soundscape, where you can relax deeply for 60-75 minutes and come back with new energy.
We wish to bring some light and lightness to that darkest time of the year while still giving you the chance to be in stillness and quietness with yourself and process any emotions and feelings that the sound vibrations might evoke.
There will be some light snacks and tea for you to land back in the room after your journey.
Your facilitator: Ulla Jerslund. She is the founder of Just Sauna and has a background in holding space in women's circles, workshops and as a sauna master on an international professional level. She has a level 2 in breathing techniques, attended wim hof workshops as well as Art of Living Course attendance. With her strong passion for holding space and for creating at atmosphere where you can be with everything you are, she welcomes you to a space of relaxation and invite you to drift off in the emotions and sensations that the sound frequencies evoke.
