Join us for a deeply relaxing New Moon Sound Meditation — a time to reset, release, and realign with the energy of the new lunar cycle. ✨
You’ll be guided through a restorative sound journey featuring live singing and a variety of soothing instruments designed to calm the mind and nurture the soul.
🧘♀️ Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided (limited quantity — feel free to bring your own for extra comfort).
