You’ll be guided into stillness through breath, intention, and the immersive sounds of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other overtone-rich instruments. The mat flooring supports a sense of comfort and grounding, allowing your body to fully relax as your awareness opens to the subtle layers of sound.
