New Moon Sound Healing and Guided Meditation

Join us for this New Moon in Scorpio Sound Bath and Guided Meditation. This New moon is a powerful time to contemplate what you want to cultivate in your life and setting intentions. I will provide some insight into the Astrology of the New Moon and then we will take time to write down our intentions. Writing our intentions is a powerful way to work with our own energy.

You will experience the power of Crystal singing bowls, Chimes, Gongs, and other healing instruments, which will surround you with the healing frequencies of sound and vibration. You will be guided into a meditative state so that you can deeply rest and reset your nervous system in a safe and peaceful enviroment.

Sound can transport you to a state of deep relaxation and inner peace so that you can access the hypnagogic state. This state is the transitional stage between being awake and asleep, where your extrasensory perception can be enhanced and you can deeply listen to your intution, connect to your Highest Self, release stress, balance your energy, and awaken your mind, body and spirit.

No experience necessary- all are welcome! Come as you are, with an open mind and a willingness to explore the transformative power of sound.
