The darkness of the new moon phase encourages us to set goals for the weeks to come. It is a time for beginnings and a time to imagine a future of our dreams instead of perseverating on the past.
We will discuss the new moon phase each month and how we can utilize that energy to manifest our desires. Intentions will be set and amplified by sound vibrations using crystal singing bowls, chimes, song, drums and more.
During the waxing phase of the moon, we will be illuminated as the light increases over the next couple of weeks. The full moon is the culmination of this energy and can shed light on our situation allowing us to reflect on our previous intention and shed what no longer serves our highest good as the moon wanes again to darkness.
You can set a new intention each month or focus on the same goal to manifest your greatest desire. You can bring a journal to write in after the sound bath, as well as any crystals or special items to help you focus your attention.
