Guided inquiry, intentional movement, and breathwork prepare the body and mind, creating space to settle more fully into the experience.

Through a layered soundscape of alchemy crystal bowls, gong, handpan, chimes, looping, and synthesizer, this offering unfolds as a living field of sound, supporting a return to yourself.

This experience is held at River Sol, a home in deep relationship with the land, recently recognized as “Living Certified” through the International Living Future Institute, exceeding all Living Building Challenge standards and considered one of the most sustainable homes in the world.

This is an outdoor experience held on a deck overlooking the river.

• Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle into the space

• Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, and layers for comfort

• Parking is available in the driveway, along the street, or at Pioneer Park, followed by a short walk along the river to the space

• A portable restroom will be available nearby
