The new moon is a time of new beginnings, when you can recharge goals, or set new ones. We begin with a guided meditation and then relax into a sound bath as the healing frequencies of the gongs and crystal bowls bring the body, mind, and spirit back into harmony. The meditation begins at 4:00. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. Space is limited to 15 people. You may bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and any other items for your comfort, or I have mats and blankets you can use. ***DIRECTIONS*** Please note that Google directions are incorrect. From 89A go to the light and turn on Zalesky Rd into the RV park. Then turn left and go to the end of the gravel road to the ECO Community Center.
