Our moon holds so much power for us. The new moon represents the beginning of a new moon cycle. This is the perfect opportunity for us to plant the seeds for what we want to bring into our life! This sound bath will focus on setting those intentions, and putting it out to the cosmos through the vibrations to bring it into our lives. It is important to remember that it does take time for the seeds to sprout and to work its way back to you in ways you couldn't even imagine.
Take this as an opportunity for you harness the energy of the new moon. This hour long sound bath will include crystal singing bowls tuned to 432hz, the heart beat of the earth, to help ground you. Darren will intuitively play a song for the group based on the collective energy. You will also hear other supportive instruments such as chimes, drums, a rain stick and shruti box, all tuned to an element or chakra.
The sounds and vibrations from the song that is played will send you to a place of deep relaxation. If you have had difficulty in the past getting into a mediative state, the sound bath will help get you there at a quicker pace. You will not be verbally guided through a meditation, however Darren will send you on a journey through the various sounds, rhythms and tempo of the sound bath.
A foam mat, a pillow and a blanket are provided for your comfort. Please feel free to bring anything else you feel you may need to get the most out of this sound bath.
PLEASE NOTE: This sound bath takes place at Darren's home - he has 2 dogs that may be present before/after/during the sound bath.
