Participants lie down comfortably while soothing sounds from instruments like singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and chimes envelop the space. The deep, resonant tones are meant to promote relaxation, clarity, and emotional healing, helping individuals connect with their inner selves and set intentions for the coming lunar cycle. It's a calming practice that supports reflection, manifestation, and renewal. It is HIGHLY recommended that participants bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, etc to ensure comfortability during our session 🙂
