Since new moons happen once a month and signify the beginning of a cycle, you can think of them as a cosmic reset.Connecting to these lunar energies can provide grounding and a sense of direction.
Join Aleigha Gudat on a new moon sound bath to welcome new beginnings and re-center the mind, body, spirit.
Each sound bath starts off with an intuitively created practice to start off mindfully and powerfully.
Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses different frequencies to bring you into a state of deep meditation while increasing self-healing.
There are many tools utilized during these practices.
For this event, will be focusing on the seven chakra crystal singing bowls, horizon gong, element chimes, and drumming.
