Join Tamilynn for a gentle but powerful meditation that uses the healing vibrations of sound. Crystal singing bowls and other instruments will be played while you take rest, allowing your body to enter a state of receiving and healing.
Bring any items you would like to place on the alter to be charged during the bath.
Dress comfy, feel free to bring blankets and pillows but we do have some props available.
