New Moon Sound Bath

Celebrate the Black Moon with us on August 23rd from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM. The black moon can symbolize new beginnings, intention setting, introspection, and embracing change. The celebration will feature a meditation, gentle stretch and movement, and a ceremony of sound featuring the soothing vibrations of crystal and Tibetan bowls, the twinkling of chimes, other unique instruments, and ending with a gong wash to release old patterns and negative energy that no longer serve us.Experience deep relaxation like never before. This Sound Bath is your invitation to simply lie back, breathe, and soak in the good vibes.
