New Moon Sound Bath Ceremony

The New Moon marks the beginning of each month's lunar cycle. We'll celebrate this symbol of renewal while we set our intentions for the month to come and rest while enveloped in the soothing vibrations of gongs played by lead sound healers, Gian Shakti and Sotantar Suraj. This event is perfect for those looking for the perfect place to meditate and manifest their intentions and for those looking to enjoy a restful evening to improve their sleep. Many find that they sleep deeper and wake up feeling more rested after just one sound bath.

What to bring:

- a yoga mat or yoga-mat-sized pad

- eye coverings (optional, for your comfort)

- a notepad and pen to write your intentions/thoughts down before we rest in savasana/corpse pose

- a blanket (studio blankets provided)
