This soothing practice invites you to set intentions, release what no longer serves you, and align with the fresh, rejuvenating energy of new beginnings. The session begins with a guided meditation to quiet the mind and open the heart, followed by the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments to promote deep relaxation and inner peace. Participants are encouraged to bring two blankets, a pillow, an eye mask, wear comfortable clothing, and bring a journal and pen to fully immerse in this reflective experience. Perfect for all levels, this is a beautiful way to reset and recharge under the lunar cycle’s gentle embrace.
