About New Moon Shamanic Journey & Solstice Celebration:
On the last new moon of the last lunar cycle of the year, we will journey to connect with the four elements and request guidance from our ancestors to set an intention and receive messages to aid us through the shortest and darkest days. Followed by a celebration of the Winter Solstice with an opportunity to create a sacred smoke bundle and a special intention candle to take home.
About Penny Patterson:
Penny is a Hospice Registered Nurse and newly certified Spiritual Life Coach. Her Native American heritage is the Choctaw tribe. She connects with the moon and the elements of water and fire. Penny is able to get grounded and centered by connecting with the breath and feels inspired by working with the energies of the trees.
