Rolling out your yoga mat is one of the simplest rituals you can explore to support yourself under the lunar reset.
Join us for New Moon Restore, a 90-minute pop-up practice designed to help you slow down and reconnect. We’ll move through gentle, grounding shapes, breathe deeply, and soften into stillness. It’s the perfect time to reflect, release, and root into what you want to grow next.
Expect cozy vibes, calming movement, and the kind of quiet that feels like medicine. We’ll also pull an oracle card and offer a journaling prompt to help you listen in and start fresh with intention.
