New Moon Restorative
Tuesday December 8th
As the year draws toward its close, the New Moon in Sagittarius invites us to pause, soften, and make space for what’s next.
This deeply restful restorative practice is an opportunity to turn inward, release what you no longer need to carry, and reconnect with the intentions, dreams, and sense of possibility that are calling you forward. Through supported, nourishing poses, gentle breathwork, and extended periods of stillness, we’ll create space for reflection and renewal.
Inspired by the expansive spirit of Sagittarius, this class offers a quiet moment to consider where you’ve been, what you’re learning, and what you’d like to move toward — without needing to have all the answers.
Come as you are. Leave with a little more room to breathe, dream, and begin again.
All levels welcome. No prior restorative yoga experience necessary.
