Merriliz Monzon is a Meditation Trainer and Transformation Facilitator with 10+ years of advanced certifications from South India. Fusing modern science with yogic technology, she guides processes for the regenerative union of mind, body, and spirit. Her company, Yin City, helps high performers destress and develop emotional mastery through mindfulness, movement, and meditation.
Tricia Trimble is a certified Hatha, Kundalini and Yin yoga instructor, trained sound bowl practitioner, and holds an M.A. in Spiritual Psychology. She blends restorative yoga, immersive sound, and intuitive guidance to cultivate inner harmony. Tricia is the founder of Sacred Space Las Vegas — a sanctuary built for people who take their wellbeing seriously.
