Give yourself the nourishment of entering into sacred, quiet space and settle deeply into being held by our Mother Earth for two rich hours of Yin and Restorative yoga lit by candle light.
Our time together will be interwoven with nervous system regulation, wisdom teachings, self-care, and expansive quiet. An opportunity to connect with your subtle self, your breath, and being-ness. A time to honour your whole self, your current unfolding, and the great mystery.
