The New Moon is the time for new beginnings, wiping the slate clean, and starting over. It is a great time to set intentions for things you'd like to create, develop, cultivate, make manifest. The New Moon encourages us to start something new.

As the first phase of the moon cycle, the new moon phase holds special meaning for cultures around the world. It is often viewed as a symbol of new beginnings. This magical phase provides a reset where goals are renewed, desires are set, and new intentions are made.

During the new moon phase, the moon, the sun, and Earth are all on the same longitude line, resulting in the moon’s orbit being invisible from the Earth. The night becomes a thick shadow without the moon's gleam and the stars pop through the darkness much brighter. The dark side of the moon, with its mysterious unseen forces, offers a nurturing environment where our longings can establish roots.

Our session starts off with setting your intention by a meditation session to anchor and ground your intentions. followed by a sound bath. The sounds by the Himalayan singing bowls will bring you into a deeper state of peace and relaxation.

The New Moon meditation will be led by Ohm while the sound bath will be conducted by Alfred.
