Join me as I play high vibration instruments during the visualization and the evening is followed by a sound bath where you will experience the healing sounds of the Crystal Singing bowls in combination with other high vibrational instruments. Relax into the soothing vibrations and discover the profound effects on your mind, body, and spirit this experience will offer.

Note: The session is an hour long. If lying on a mat this long causes you discomfort, we also offer chairs or a meditation cushion for a seated experience. Comfort is key.
